You have a role; we hire someone for it. You tell us the job, we recruit against your job description, you interview the candidates and choose your person.

We recruit people who already do the work you need done.

We recruit to one standard — a college degree and C2 English — and screen with a skills demonstration, an interview, a criminal background check, government-ID verification, and reference checks. For our last role we reviewed ~130 candidates and hired one.

Once placed, your assistant is our employee and your team member. We run payroll, provide equipment, set them up on your systems and administer their leave. You direct the work.
