Screening is a skills demonstration, an interview, a criminal background check, government-ID verification, and reference checks.

How it works

What we handle
- We employ them.Payroll, paid leave and local employment administration are ours.
- We equip them.Monitor, keyboard, mouse, dock and a UPS — and we pay to get their internet to 300 Mbit.
- We get them running on your systems.Accounts, software and your CRM, as part of onboarding. Ongoing or custom IT work is quoted separately.
- We cover time off and replacement.We administer their leave. If it isn’t working out, we replace them free, for as long as you’re a client.
- You direct the work.Day to day they answer to you, on your hours.
What it costs
$1,450a month, all-in.
Month-to-month — 14 days’ written notice, and the current paid month finishes out.

Your assistant works on your email domain, as a member of your team. Present them however you like; we don’t disclose the arrangement.
